SPARE PARTS FROM HOMAG U.K.
At our Castle Donington headquarters we have a well developed and stocked spare parts facility which covers the whole of the UK and Ireland.

The term spare parts can range from a simple switch to complex components. So our extensive stock holding - which covers machines from every Homag Group member - reflects our knowledge of those most commonly required. Whenever a part is required this is logged, both according to the specific customer, the machine (by serial number) and the time, date and age of machine. All this data is fed back to the original manufacturer in case a trend emerges and a part needs re-designing.
More importantly for you, our customers, you need to know what sort of response you can expect from Homag U.K.'s spare parts and after sales service department:
- We have 5 permanent members of staff in this department
- Over 20,000 parts are held in stock at Homag U.K.
- Our stock parts cover all Homag Group member manufacturers
- At present 20% of all parts supplied come from Homag U.K. stocks
- Special and non-standard parts are available from the manufacturing company in Germany and 97% are available on a next day delivery (subject to the request/order being received by 14:00 hours on the previous day)
- Our engineers have special camera phones for on-site parts identification which are relayed back to the spare parts department for immediate initiation.
