The new HKL 410 and HKL 430 now complement the 4 series range. The HKL 530, the HKL 550 and HKL 570 have been added to the 5 series range.
Fully automated rip and cross cutting with state-of-the-art technology – that is what the new angular systems of the 4 series have to offer. With automated feeding, a saw blade projection of 110 mm or 125 mm and cutting lengths of up to 5600 mm, they are designed for finish cut quality on a grand scale. All this comes at an attractive price/performance ratio and with a relatively low space requirement. In this, they remain true to the slogan of the 4 series of "concentrating on the essential". |

The new angular systems of the 5 series have been tuned for maximum performance and are particularly suited to industrial operation. Saw blade projections of 130 mm (HKL 530), 150 mm (HKL 550) or 170 mm (HKL 570) and a cutting length of up to 5600 mm allow them to cope effortlessly with large books. These angular systems also present convincing technologies developed especially for the 5 series. These include, for instance, the machine base in SORB TECH mineral casting, the specially designed saw carriage with many ingenious features for maximum precision, the newly developed clamps – and much more, for example …

On request, HOLZMA also provide a 5 series angular system which is integrated in complete production lines or "just" storage link-ups. To facilitate this, the engineering company supports the customer with its team of experienced specialists in the Systems Engineering department. Calculations by the HOLZMA simulation software prior to the purchase of such a system ensure investment security.
There is a wide choice of additional extras for all five angular systems. They allow the system to be matched to each customer's particular requirements. They include, for instance, various roller conveyors, lift tables, destacking solutions and fully automated waste removal. Furthermore, other special options are available, such as postforming, grooving or stress-elimination cuts, the world's market-leading HOLZMA optimisation software Cut Rite with various modules and much more.
