Right from the cutting stage, a bar code is attached to the different workpieces. The order data contained in the barcode is read out individually, allowing every workpiece to be processed as a one-off. The result. Wide-ranging different workpiece variants can be processed at an output of up to 30 per hour with an almost unlimited number of different edging materials.
Intelligent data processing systems and logistical concepts are also deployed to increase productivity. Added advantages include extreme flexibility, low space requirement, short throughfeed times and a high degree of capacity utilization coupled with minimal handling. Minimized stock keeping during production also helps reduce capital tie-up.
